Become A Dealer Form

DEALER REQUIREMENTS:

Dealers are required to showcase the brand with interior and exterior of their buildings. How the brand is showcased will vary with dealer locations. All dealers must obey by minimum advertised pricing to avoid undercutting other dealers. Dealers must sell a minimum of 20 canoes annually to maintain dealer status. Dealers must purchase a minimum of six canoes to initiate agreement.

DEALER AGREEMENT:

Dealer agrees to meet above requirements. Furthermore, dealer agrees to provide necessary documentation to support their status as a dealer annually. Dealer agrees to not advertise below minimum advertised pricing (MAP).

Revocation Agreement:

American Eagle Canoes may severe dealer’s relationship at any time for violation of above requirements. American Eagle Canoes may severe dealer’s relationship at any time for negative impacts to the American Eagle Canoes brand or owning corporation Seaport Fabrication Incorporation. Furthermore, Seaport Fabrication Incorporated may pursue damages related to brand as result of dealer actions or neglect.
